We rent our ideal house for a family vacation located in a quiet subdivision of Lunel Viel. The house and the pool are exclusively reserved for you. This villa, which is our main residence, is functional for a couple with 2/3 children between 5 and 15 years old because our villa is not suitable for very young children: there is no protection for stairs, beds. The house and the pool are exclusively reserved for you. This villa, which is our main residence, is functional for a couple with 2/3 children between 5 and 15 years old (approximately) because it is not suitable for very young children: there is no protection for stairs, beds... Non-smoking house, organization of parties prohibited, planned for a quiet rental in respect of the neighborhood. You can park your vehicle in the garden (electric gate). Lunel-Viel is a town close to the seaside resorts (Grande Motte or Grau du Roi: 25 min) and Montpellier (35 minutes) and Nimes (30 min). The house is close to the center of the village, and you can enjoy walking, cycling or driving to all the shops nearby (less than a kilometer). If you like to pedal: Several greenways or bike paths will allow you to reach the beaches and surrounding villages. Only the week of August 16-23 is available for 1500 euros. Description of the house: • A 90 m² ground floor (overlooking the terrace and garden) including: - Open kitchen, equipped with table for 6 people - Large living room with seating area and two sofas, TV (connected to the internet + Amazon Prime) and dining table for 8 people and air conditioning. - Toilet and laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Equipment: dishwasher, toaster, Delonghi coffee machine (coffee beans), kettle, waffle maker, citrus press, microwave, yogurt maker, cookeo, rotating heat oven, induction hob, 1 fridge-freezer and air conditioning. • A 90 m² floor comprising: - A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed - Three bedrooms for children between 5 and 15 years old (including 2 bedrooms with 90 cm mezzanine beds and a bedroom with 1 120 cm single bed) - A shower room and a bathroom - Separate toilets - Game room/living room with TV connected to the freebox. - Air conditioning. - Children's games • Exterior: Garden with terrace shaded by pergolas and table for 10 people. Swimming pool (5 m x 4 m: without barrier and with alarm), deckchairs, garden furniture and hammock in the shade of a tree. Summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Behind the house, a garden area in the shade in the afternoon including trampoline (possibility to open the ping pong table and install a badminton net).
