Everything is new, so enjoy all the luxuries of home while staying at this luxury beachside escape. Pop the skylights in the master bedroom to let the sound of the ocean wash over you during the night, or snuggle up in front of the fire when the nights are cool. With 7 star energy efficiency, 4 ovens, 3 large smart TV's and fast nbn, take a break from the everyday in this beautifully designed home. Local artwork, mood lighting, leather lounge suites and a delightful alfresco area and adjoining fire pit offer the thoughtful touches which can make your stay truly memorable. Butlers pantry helps you to hide the dishes for a few hours while the dishwasher, and full laundry provides all the comforts of home. Take the sand off your feet at the front foot wash or walk around the back for a hot and cold outdoor shower on a travertine base. The master has a full ensuite with double shower, twin stone sinks and toilet, while the other 3 queen bedrooms have built in robes and access to the main bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and a bath tub. Please bring your own towels and linen. Pillows and doonas are available but they will require your own linen (see note below). We built our dream home here and are very are excited to be able to share this special piece of Venus Bay with you. NOTE: Please be aware that as there is no linen service for Venus Bay. Guests must supply their own linen (3x Queen Beds and 1x King Bed) or I can supply all linen for an additional cost of $400. Please message me at least one week in advance for this service. Guest access The entire property is yours during the stay although the garage and garden sheds will not be accessible.
