Dell's Cottage sits behind the original 1890's farmhouse on 3 acres. It is just a few short miles from the small quaint town of Chewelah, 45 min north of Spokane and about 20 miles south of Colville. Just a few miles up Sand Canyon is the beautiful Chewelah Golf Course and Rusty Putter Grille and small airport. The cottage is also only 20 minutes from 49 Degrees North Ski Resort. The space The Cottage is just under 600 square feet and has been recently completely remodeled. Guests can pull right up to the door and park under the carport. Dell's Cottage is part of an old dairy farm and current residence of our daughters family and their dairy goats. Guest access There is a separate driveway to the cottage from the main farmhouse off Sand Canyon Rd just north of Dutchman Way. Guests can park in the driveway or in the carport but not on the lawn. Other things to note Guests should let me know ahead if they need a pac n play , cot, floor pad or if there are any other particular needs for their stay
