This peaceful casita located in downtown Rockport is beautifully decorated and it is only two short blocks away from the water, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. This home is in walking distance to downtown strip center, Rockport fishing pier, beach, shops, art galleries, kids park, restaurants and pubs, in the cultural district. The space This is a one-story home with a couple of steps at the entrance and a backyard ramp for access from the patio. Inside, there’s a bedroom with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining table for four. The bathroom includes a bathtub. In the backyard, there’s a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, plus a shed holding a beach chair, umbrella, and gas grill. A portable baby crib is also available. The home has central AC and heating, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and a desk in one of the bedrooms. There’s a carport for one car but there is plenty of uncovered parking for up to four cars, a trailer, or a motorhome, along with an outlet for electric cars. The fully fenced backyard features a teak dining table with chairs. Guest access Guest access is through the front door. There’s a door next to the carport, but the guest access code won’t open that one. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m., with the code activated only during that time frame.
