Our 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms modern and bright apartment is ideal for your stay! I am sure you will enjoy relaxing by the apartment private terrace and its ideal configuration. Also, it will take you only 6 minutes by metro to get to Plaza Catalunya and 18 minutes to get to Sagrada Familia! You have found your place! The space Welcome to our 97m2 located in a historical Catalan building, the ideal place to stay for and unforgettable and true local experience. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, Sant Antoni district, you will be surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, coffee shops, venues... to make your stay in Barcelona unforgettable. In this amazing spot, you’re just a few minutes walking distance to emblematic passages such as Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find many of the most international luxury stores and some of Gaudí’s masterpieces like Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, or Rambla Catalunya, a kilometre-long boulevard in the shade of the linden trees, full of terraces that offer the pedestrians the chance to stop off along the way for refreshment. The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay! ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. APARTMENT LAYOUT The lounge area sits in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move about the space. You’ll find high-end couches, contemporary fixtures and decor. The mostly white space accented with sober of colour is the perfect spot to catch up with conversation or watch TV. Start a pot of coffee in the mornings and eat breakfast together in the cosy living room! While you may want to spend your time exploring Barcelona's famous eateries, sometimes there is nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this apartment features a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Custom cabinets provide plenty of space to store your family's favourite groceries, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, make it easy to cook meals for your hungry crew. APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: The unit has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: Double bed - Bedroom 2: Two single beds - Bedroom 3: One single bed - Living room: Double sofa bed SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: - The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city, also the master bedroom counts with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom! Also a great sunny terrace. - The apartment has a small terrace accessed via the master bedroom and two small balconies located by the living room, ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! - You are just a short walk away or metro ride from patio cafes, restaurants, sidewalk boutiques, and some of Spain's most iconic and historic landmarks. - 2 large bathrooms - The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen area with dining table overlooking the city - Air conditioning (2 mini-splits and ceiling vents) - Central heating (wall radiators) - Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please - Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! - My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Other things to note *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Thank you for your understanding!
