Has two bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), 1 bath, a living room and den area. Full size sleeper sofa in den with another couch plus living room has sectional. Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, keurig and coffee. Some snacks. Hot tub on side deck along with front porch with porch swing. Hot tub is now up and working.
