LM Flats 101 - Swimming pool and Beach

You are renting ONE flat out of the four available on the property. This flat is located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs. The flat has a kitchen with a cooktop stove, microwave, minibar and utensils. Suite with double bed, air-conditioning and bathroom with electric shower. Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, plus LED TV. Bed and bath linens are provided for up to 4 people. The space The common area has a deck with a swimming pool, barbecue area and tables for shared use with other guests. Within a 1.5 km radius, you have the Sea (800 m), Beach Park, bars and restaurants. If you want more than that, you're 30 minutes from Fortaleza Guest access In addition to the flat, the guest can use the pool and the barbecue. We have a barbecue kit with grill, skewers, fork, knife and meat board for use by guests upon request and payment of a fee of R$ 30.00. The guest will receive an access key to the main entrance and another key for their unit. We have a person who provides maintenance and cleaning services on the property who will be responsible for receiving and assisting guests. During your stay During your stay, a person will clean the pool, water the plants, and turn the lights on/off in the common area daily. The guest can contact the owner or the team that manages the space whenever they need to via the Airbnb app or phone/WhatsApp. Other things to note A 15kWh deductible for daily energy consumption is included in the price of the stay. If the guest exceeds this allowance, R$ 1.00 (one Real) will be charged for the excess kWh. The flat has an internal power meter in the unit. At check-in and check-out, the measurement will be recorded. No people other than those listed at check-in are allowed on the property.
