Mount Cottage

Mount Cottage is a luxury 2 bedroom cottage with superb private hot tub. Located in the heart of Henley in Arden a 5 minute walk to all pubs, restaurants and shops. Also on the doorstep is the beautiful Warwickshire countryside with numerous scenic walks. Within easy reach are historic Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Birmingham is also accessible via direct train from the village station a 5 minute walk away. Mount Cottage has off street parking and EV charge point. The space Mount Cottage is a converted late 19th century stable with large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a breakfast bar with pop up socket and wireless phone charger. The lounge includes a wood burning stove and large corner sofa. The master suite has a king size bed with French doors leading to private patio area with hot tub. The hot tub is high specification with two powerful pumps, and waterfall fountains. There is also a bistro patio set for al fresco dining. The bathroom has a Victorian style suite with large rain can shower, basin unit and toilet. The second bedroom has a “zip and link” kingsize bed which can be configured as either a king or two single beds. To the outside is off street parking and EV charge point (there is a £10 per night charge to use this). Guest access The property is accessed by gated entrance onto the driveway. Access to the cottage is by a key in a lockbox. Other things to note As per our house rules, guests are not allowed to play music outdoors. The cottage is based within our home grounds. It is next door to our house although all outdoor space is fully fenced and completely private. We will try where possible to accommodate early check in or late check out. This is subject to an additional charge- the charge depends on the number of hours with a minimum charge of £25. We do need at least one weeks’ notice of this to make the necessary cleaning arrangements so please request this as soon as possible.
