The main cabin is 2 stories. Below is a separate apartment that is not included in this rental. The apartment is a 1-bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and full restroom. This is rented separately. It is never rented to a different party. If interested in adding this to your rental, please let us know. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools, ready for you to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen windows offer a view of the top deck so that you’re still engaged with people on the deck. All floors have access to a deck. Please note that stairs can be steep for some people. The first floor deck has a BBQ grill, seating for family and friends, heaters, and a fire pit. The top and middle deck offer some views of Grass Valley Lake and the golf course. The second floor deck has a spa that can be accessed through 2 rooms. The cabin offers plenty of comunal space inside and out on the decks. The living room includes a TV and a game console for entertainment. All TV’s include Roku. We also provide board games that engage everyone. Other things to note Our listing is for 10 people.
