Luxury apartment on horse inn just outside Den Burg. The living room has a sitting area with TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is luxuriously furnished with fridge, combi-oven, dishwasher, Quooker, fridge with freezer, toaster, Senseo and induction hob. There are two bedrooms with wonderful beds. The large bathroom has a lovely rain shower. The apartment has a private private garden. We built our house in 2023 using lime-hemp, making it completely environmentally friendly. Located on a farm surrounded by meadows, horses, and other animals, just outside the center of Den Burg, where you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere, shops, and outdoor cafés. You can bring your dog and enjoy endless forest and beach walks. The apartment features a private garden, which has been completely newly landscaped and is enclosed on all sides. It also includes a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. From the apartment you step through the sliding door into the garden in no time. The apartment is self-contained within our own house, but you have your own entrance. There are also three separate B&B rooms indoors. These can be booked through our own website. If you would like to come with more people, you can, for example, book an additional room. Of course, you can also come on vacation with us without a dog and enjoy the animals on our farm. Also for children our place is unique. Our horses, free-roaming ducks, chickens, dog, and cat all enjoy attention, and there are games in our apartment. Kids can play outside and enjoy all the animals on our property. Bedding, towels and kitchen towels are included. The apartment comes with, among other things, free (high-speed) Wi-Fi, a large TV, a wonderful rain shower, and heating. You can park at our yard. We also have a charging point for your electric car. Your bike can be stored in the covered bike shed, where it can also be charged. We have a pension stable and also rent out stables for guest horses. If you would like to bring your horse(s), please inquire with the owner. We do not have any rental horses. The rooms can be booked separately if you want to come with more than four people. Other things to note We are David & Leonie, both raised Texelers and have been living in this beautiful place since 2013. In 2023 we replaced our old house for a beautiful new house in which we built a beautiful apartment for our guests. David is a veterinarian and loves to do and Leonie runs the horse pension which we have at home. We welcome you in our new house, possibly with your dog and/or horses. For the horses, please contact Leonie. You can charge your car with us in one of our private parking lots. The Texelhopper stops right outside the door. Dog: Please note! We charge €15,- per day per dog and additional cleaning fee. You pay that amount to us upon arrival. In principle, one dog is welcome. If you would still like to bring two dogs, please contact us.
