The owners of this home have updated this spacious, clean home that is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and located close to the beach club, golf, and other amenities. This home is a blend of comfort and function, with many spots to relax, retreat and entertain. The open-space living room features a beautiful fireplace, elevated ceiling, abundant seating, natural light and a large TV. Off of the living room, the large eat-in kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and dishes. A propane grill sits on the deck, and the screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while watching the deer and wildlife in the quiet yard. The laundry room and half bath are also located in the hallway. The large master suite, conveniently located on the first floor features a comfortable king bed, TV, and a renovated bath: with walk-in shower, skylights that flood the room with natural light, and a double-sink vanity. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The large third bedroom retreats off the kitchen living area over the garage and offers a king bed, a sofa sleeper, TV and ensuite bath. Linens, towels, and a starter amenity pack is provided for your convenience. The garage is attached to the home. A large driveway features ample parking. LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must.
