Central accommodation with private entrance

A small and charming accommodation in the heart of the city. Here you will stay simply yet comfortably, with a private entrance, bedroom, and bathroom in a separate part of the main house. The accommodation is ideal for short and simple stays. The room is equipped with a microwave, kettle,coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and a mini fridge and freezer – perfect for light meals and drinks. There is no stove or hot plate. Warm welcome! The space The room is located one flight of stairs up in the house and is accessed via a private entrance/separate entrance on the ground/entrance floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a small kitchenette area (not a fully equipped kitchen), and a shower/WC that is used exclusively by you as a guest during your stay. This provides a secluded and private feeling even though it is part of the main house. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable sofa bed measuring 140×190 cm. Duvets in size 150×200 cm are available, and an extra duvet is also provided for added comfort. To make your stay as smooth as possible, bed linen, towels, a blanket, and extra pillows are included. The room is equipped with basic amenities for simple meals and drinks. This makes it possible to store and heat simple meals, but please note that there is no stove or hot plate. The accommodation is suitable for short stays and guests looking for simple yet comfortable lodging in a quiet environment close to the city’s amenities. Please note that no private parking is included, but free street parking is available in the area around the house, making it easy to park nearby. Other things to note Practical options: Borrow washing machine and dryer for 100 SEK/time. There is a drying rack included. Storage of bags before check-in/after check-out for 50 SEK/day. Extra guest bed 80x190 is available for a fee of 200 SEK. The guest is responsible for cleaning in the form of drying used surfaces and vacuuming. Failure to clean at check-out will be charged 500 SEK. In the event of incorrect parking outside the accommodation or the courtyard, the guest will be charged 900 SEK.
