Central accommodation with private entrance

The kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, and mini fridge/freezer for simple meals and drinks. No stove or hot plate. A third guest can be accommodated for an additional fee. Welcome! The space Welcome to a simple and private accommodation in a peaceful setting, perfect for shorter stays. The accommodation is suitable for guests who want to explore the city, go hiking, or simply enjoy a quiet and independent place to stay. The accommodation is part of the main building but has its own private entrance from the ground/entrance level. On the entrance level you will find: Entrance hall Small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator Private shower Private toilet The shower and toilet are for your exclusive use during your stay. The kitchenette does not have a stove or hot plate. It is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator and is suitable for storing and heating simple meals. The sleeping area is located one floor up and consists of a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed. A 150 × 200 cm duvet, an extra duvet, a blanket, and extra pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels You can either bring your own bed linen and towels or choose to have them provided for an additional fee: Bed linen: SEK 50 per person per booking Towel: SEK 50 per person per booking The fee applies to the entire booking, regardless of the number of nights. Important: For hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to sleep directly on the sofa bed without bed linen. It is also not permitted to use a sleeping bag directly on the bed/sofa bed instead of bed linen. You must therefore either bring your own bed linen or add bed linen to your booking. Important information about cleaning This is a private accommodation, and daily cleaning is not included during your stay. As a guest, you are only responsible for cleaning the surfaces and parts of the accommodation that you have personally used or touched during your stay. This may include: Washing dishes after yourself Wiping down surfaces that you have used Putting away your own belongings Taking care of your own waste You are not expected to clean the entire accommodation. In other words, you do not need to clean or tidy surfaces, rooms, or areas that you have not used. Cleaning supplies and products are available in the accommodation and may be used for this cleaning. If the surfaces you have used are not left in a normal and reasonable condition and additional cleaning is therefore required, a cleaning fee of SEK 500 may be charged for the additional cleaning required. You can also add final cleaning for SEK 250 if you do not wish to clean the accommodation yourself before check-out. Important information about making the bed and changing bed linen This is private accommodation and not a hotel. Therefore, hotel services such as daily bed-making or changing of bed linen are not provided. The bed will not be made during your stay. Bed linen will not be changed during your stay. This information is provided clearly because the rules and arrangements for private accommodation may differ between Sweden and other countries. I want you, as a guest, to know what applies and what services are provided before making your booking. Parking Private parking is not included. Free street parking is available in the area around the house, so it is usually possible to find parking nearby. Other things to note Practical options: Borrow washing machine and dryer for 100 SEK/time. There is a drying rack included. Storage of bags before check-in/after check-out for 50 SEK/day. Extra guest bed 80x190 is available for a fee of 200 SEK. The guest is responsible for cleaning in the form of drying used surfaces and vacuuming. You can also add final cleaning for SEK 250 if you do not wish to clean the accommodation yourself before check-out. Failure to clean at check-out will be charged 500 SEK.
