Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our new-renovated apartment combines modern luxury with cozy comfort only 15-20 minutes (by walking) away from the center of Tirana. Here you can find everything you need for your staying starting from a fast-speed internet to a fully-equipped kitchen. The place is very spacious and there is also a small balcony accompanied by a green view. Furthermore, no need to worry about a supermarket, a bakery/coffee shop or a pharmacy because everything is nearby! The space The apartment contains one big living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a fully-equipped bedroom. The couch in the living room can be used to sleep by one adult or by 2 children. Meanwhile the bedroom includes one king-size bed for 2 people and a single bed for 1 person. Towels and a hairdryer can be found in the bathroom and extra quilts can be found in the wardrobe. Extra information: there is unfortunately no elevator in the building. Guest access Since the couch can be used by an adult/2 children to sleep on and since the bedroom has space for 3 other people, it is sure to say the apartment can welcome without a problem 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 children. No extra people are allowed in the apartment, apart form the number of individuals that we are informed for, through the reservation. Other things to note Optional choices for guests by request: A parking spot is available in charge of 5EUR pro night. Furthermore, for people who are coming or going straight from our apartment to the airport we offer a transport (by the owner of the apartment or a very trusted taxi-man) in exchange fee of 20-25 EUR.
