Kitchenette & dining area Prepare simple meals at the electric two-burner cooktop (there is no conventional oven), large microwave, and toaster oven or air fryer. Basics are waiting for you: oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, pots, pans, and foil. Coffee, filters, sugar, and dry creamer are also provided so mornings can begin without a shopping trip. Bathroom & laundry A clean bathroom on the first floor is stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The stairs are steep. At the top, the landing is short and the roof slopes, limiting headroom. Moving between the living and sleeping areas requires carefully crossing that landing while holding the railings. • The bathroom is located on the first floor. • Behind the house a steep drop leads down to the river; this area is not accessible and should not be explored. • We are gradually improving the exterior of the property and apologize for its current appearance. This is a place for rest and easy living in a landscape that rewards those who slow down. The river keeps its own time. The hills hold the light a little longer in the evening.
