Seasonal community beach shuttle as well! *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. *Per HOA rules, renters must sign HOA agreement before their stay The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *Please note - renters cannot share mailbox with the homeowners, so you will not have access to the mailbox. You will need to set up a P.O. Box at the local Post Office for your stay **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. It is one block away. -There is a much larger pool with a toddler section, a larger gym, and a larger clubhouse across the street, on the other side of the development. -There is a trailhead on the other side of the development. You will see signs. You can also fish there! Other things to note *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to paper bags or reusable bags for purchases, or you may bring your own.
