The space Villa Miramar is located in Taranto in Torre Blandamura and is striking for its sea view. The concept of our vacation home is to offer our guests a sort of "home to home experience." That is why in every corner of the house there are many details of comfort that will make you feel at home. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. We provide a crib complete with a sheet, a playpen, and a comfortable bathtub for families with babies or small children. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with two desks used as a dedicated workspace for the home office, two satellite/smart TVs, air conditioning/heating, linen, a washing machine, a dryer, and beach/pool towels. This villa has a private covered terrace to relax and enjoy breakfast with a sea view, lunch, and even a relaxing chat in the evening. In the winter months you can relax in front of the fireplace. . There is a private exit to the sea of rocky coast where you can admire fantastic sunsets. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with swimming pool (available for swimming from April to November), garden and outdoor shower. The property is located near a small beach and public transport is within walking distance. I highly recommend visiting the historic center, the Archaeological Museum of Taranto, and the cities of Alberobello, Polignano, Lecce, and Matera. There are 3 parking spaces inside the property. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, and parties are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste. Guest access The outdoor spaces are the shared pool and surrounding gardens, olive grove and vineyard, and the direct exit to the sea (rocky coast) Feel free!!!! Other things to note The pool will be amicably shared with the owners. The pool is out of use in December, January, February and March. Within the large perimeter of Villa Miramar there are potential dangers for children: steep stairs with high steps, deep unguarded pool, etc. Our dear parents are strongly urged to pay attention to your precious children.
