The space The Apartment Step into our cozy 2-bedroom abode! This recently renovated space goes beyond the ordinary. Carefully furnished for your comfort, the sunlit living room features a snug sofa bed and a Smart TV for your streaming pleasure. Create cherished memories around our 7 piece dining set, and showcase your culinary prowess in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom comes equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a dresser to keep belongings tidy. A comfortable queen size bed that will ensure a great night sleep. The room has a window to keep natural light in and black-out curtains when you want to sleep a little extra. It features a smart tv to keep you entertained at night as well. The 2nd bedroom is sunlit and it features a comfortable king size bed, a smart TV to keep you entertained before going to sleep, and a closet and a dresser to keep your luggage out of sight. While our apartment is smaller in size, it is thoughtfully designed to offer our guests a haven of comfort with all the essentials. We recommend our space for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. However, for those seeking flexibility, our apartment graciously accommodates up to 6 guests with the convenience of a sofa couch. Rest assured, we've crafted an inviting atmosphere where every detail ensures you have everything you need for a delightful stay. The Apartment Complex Our complex comprises four distinct buildings, offering shared communal spaces that foster a sense of community. Enjoy the perks of a communal pool, a communal garden, free parking, Wi-Fi, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Immerse yourself in the lush, green surroundings and tropical vibes that permeate the atmosphere. Relax in our garden, equipped with BBQ areas and outdoor dining tables, setting the stage for shared meals and moments. Discover a home away from home with us, where comfort meets community, and relaxation is an everyday affair. Guest access Guest have access to their private apartment, one parking spot, Wi-Fi, Communal pool & Garden and laundry. Other things to note Please read the following details to make sure this home is the perfect place for you: 1- This apartment is in a complex along with other 4 buildings and a total of 24 Apartments. We ask that you respect all neighbors. 2- 21 years of age or older to book. 3-The apartment is best suited for 4 people but can sleep up to a maximum of 6 people by using the sofa bed. 4-While this apartment has been made for entertaining and creating unforgettable moment... it is not appropriate for parties or gatherings. We are located in a lovely quiet & quaint family neighborhood. Parties are not allowed and loud noises specially on the outdoor garden past 10 PM are prohibited. We like to treat our neighbors and neighborhood with the same respect that they treat us. Please beware that we are very vigilant about this and we enforce our rules very strictly. There are Noise monitoring devices that lets us know if the music are noise levels are to high. 5- There is 1 parking spot per unit. 6-There are noise detector devices & cameras located on the outside of the property for your security. 7-As per city ordinance, No guests who are register sexual offenders are allowed in the property. 8-Before arrival the guest must sign an online "check-in" form with all of the terms and conditions of the house and agreeing to follow all of the city ordinances and disclosing all members of the party. 9-Unfortunately we are not a pet friendly apartment, but if you have a service or support animal please make sure to let us know in advance since they are allowed to stay in the residence. 10-No loud noises from 10 PM to 8 AM. 11-In order to keep the apartment clean and well maintained for you there are a few services done regularly to it, and this may encounter your stay. 12- The pool is serviced twice a week. 13- We have a third-party company that services our garbage/recycle bins twice a week. They roll the bins to the street the night before the pick-up day and roll them back in the night of the pick-up day. Schedule is included with your arrival information. If for any reason they were to be late in bringing the bins back inside we'll kindly ask for you to please bring them back in for us. The city issues fines for bins being out on the street after their schedule. 14- The check-in is at 4 PM guaranteed but you can contact us to see if an earlier check-in is possible. We will be happy to do so earlier if possible. Check-out must be done by 11 AM. 15- Please allow us to retouch that from 10 pm nightly is our quite hours. The city enforces us to ensure sure that any noise or conversations that can be heard by our neighbors does not happen past 10 pm.
