Quietly located cottage accommodation in Siikalatva's Pulkkila, only 2.5 km from the four-lane road, surrounded by pine forest. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and newly renovated toilet, bathroom, shower and sauna facilities. There may be horse riders on the road, please slow down when you encounter them. The nearest store is about 3 km away. The space The house was built in the 1990s, but the interior surfaces have been renovated and a complete sauna, shower, bathroom and toilet renovation was carried out in the spring of 2024. The yard will be landscaped and the house will be painted in spring/summer 2025. We also have accommodation in Pulkkila, 15 km north of the highway in Sipola, B&B Rosenberg. Guest access The whole house is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds and in the other there is 1 single bed and 1 bed 120 cm wide. In addition, a sofa for 1-2 people in the living room. The fireplace is a wood-burning fireplace. When heating, open the first plate on top of the baking oven (left when viewed from the front) before lighting the fire. In the wood-burning sauna, check that the plate is open before you light the wood. The baking oven is not available to customers.
