To ESU campus is Less than 1 minute. The space Indoor space including: — First floor level: 1 full kitchen. 2 living room area with dining tables. 1 shared full bathroom. 3 bedrooms : One master bedroom with a private full bathroom and a laundry area attached. One bedroom with a twinXL bed and a full sized bed. One bedroom with a twin bed and a full sized bed. — Walkout basement level: 1 shared laundry room. * Part of Walkout basement area will not be open to any guests. * Front door has stairs. Entrance to first floor inside the garage also has stairs. Guest access Guests can get access to the full kitchen, full bathroom, entire living room and the patio. This is a house with multiple bedrooms. We only host one booking at a time. Guests can get access to the bedrooms they booked. All the other bedrooms will remain locked. Guests won’t be sharing space with strangers. Other things to note No pets please. • Pets are not allowed. Mainly because our entire first floor is covered with Bamboo Flooring, which is very easy to get scratched by pets, and the damage will be permanent.
