The sweeping living space flows towards the raised bedroom at the rear. Next to this is the closet leading to the large wet room. Externally the apartment benefits from a large 280sqft veranda with far reaching panoramic views of the Caribbean sea and Montserrat. Guest access Guests access the apartment via the double french doors on the veranda. Other things to note The property is completely Eco Friendly which means it takes its energy from the sun and we collect rain water which is filtered and distributed to all outlets making it safe to drink. You will not need to purchase bottles of water. Access to the apartment is via a steep road, hence the stunning views, so may not be suitable for guests with health or mobility issues.
