Stylish Guesthouse close to town and beaches

Renovated one bedroom guesthouse located in peaceful part of Hervey Bay. The space is connected to main house, however has its own entrance and is separate. In walking distance to public and private hospitals and the TAFE, a longer stroll or short drive to Stocklands Shopping Centre and short drive to the beach and all local attractions and restaurants. You will find a super comfy Queen bed, sofa bed, kitchette, bathroom and shared laundry! Suits 2 adults, 1 child but 3 adults are welcome. The space The guesthouse is its own space with its own entrance. The outdoor spaces are shared and you can park in the driveway which provides direct access to the guest house. Guest access You enter the space into the lounge/meals area, step through to the kitchenette and then you’ll find the bathroom and main bedroom doors off the kitchenette. You are welcome to sit outside and utilise the backyard and undercover seating area where you will also find the laundry should you require it. Other things to note There is a small dog at the property, but he is mostly inside. He is fine with other dogs. Small pets are welcome but must be toilet trained and not left inside unattended (feel free to leave them in the backyard if you don’t want to take them with you on days out and about!). The sofa is in the lounge area which is also the entrance. 3 adults are welcome but space is more suited to 2 adults and 1 child.
