For those who prefer to have their own corner and still be able to meet new people and exchange experiences, the best option is the private room of the neighbor.HUB! It has space to accommodate your things (clothes rack, a drawer and chest) and is also perfect for those who come as a couple. It has side tables next to the bed and a larger counter for support and/or workspace and a fan. The space is accessed by stairs. The space Located in the heart of Mooca, NEIGHBOR.HUB is a multicultural space for shared accommodation and housing. The space is in an old traditional house, with environments and decor that unite tradition and modernity. The neighbor.HUB brings together tourists and creative arts and economy professionals from different parts of the world, under one roof, in a “pure-creation” context, providing conviviality and exchanges in a unique and rare way. There are 7 bedrooms in the space, plus 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen, TV room, dining room/workspace, terrace with hammock and barbecue grill, and a small laundry room (machine use is not included in the daily rate). Guest access The room is private, but the other living areas are for shared use, always available to everyone! After check-in, you'll have unlimited access to the house, and you can come and go whenever you want, without restrictions. Feel at home :) Other things to note We provide complete bedding (sheets, pillows, blanket) but towels are not included in the reservation. We have some for rent if you prefer not to bring your own. Reservations start at 1 p.m. and check-in can be done until 8 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT. We ask that you schedule your check-in one day in advance. If you need to be accommodated outside the check-in period, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability (a fee may apply!). The reservation can be changed to another room of the same category (private with double bed) without prior notice.
