The space Loon Cottage is a quaint two-story home 15 feet from the pristine water of Green Lake (some of the best water quality in Maine), with lake views from almost every room. The first floor has a fully stocked kitchen, open-concept dining room/living room, full bathroom, primary bedroom with king bed, and 2nd bedroom with queen bed. The walk-out basement has a family room with a large 4K TV, bar-level seating, a work desk, a kids' play area, a full bed with privacy screen, and a 3rd small bedroom with a twin bunkbed and single twin bed. The Cottage is charming and functional with a combination of carpet, vinyl, and cement flooring. Outdoors the waterfront has 4 Adult kayaks and 2 children’s kayaks, the dock, a picnic table, a firepit with chairs, and a deck with a 4-person table, two folding chairs and two rockers with a small table. In the front of the house you'll find a large fenced-in yard, a deck with BBQ grill, and the hot tub. Parking for several vehicles on the large paved driveway. Please be aware that the lower portion of the driveway is a steep incline. Guest access The entire house and waterfront. Other things to note No unauthorized guests, no pets, no events or parties are allowed. Please, absolutely no smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping in the house or anywhere on the property. Failure to comply will result in steep fines to pay for cleaning/remediation. To ensure our guests' safety, we have outdoor security cameras covering the driveway and backyard. We ask that our guests be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. be observed, as this is a quiet neighborhood. Thank you!
