Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities of the apartment including the rooms and the common areas like gym, garden and swimming pool. Other things to note - Our property is Vastu compliant and has been professionally verified by a certified Vastu consultant - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - The Gym and Pool timings are 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area. - The apartment has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music in the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. -Check in and Luggage assistance to be provided. - Housekeeping Staff will be available between 9 am to 6 pm.
