Honolu Farm stay: Luxury 4 room courtyard villa

Experience luxury at our courtyard house in Kyathanahalli! With 4 spacious air conditioned rooms, attached bathrooms, and a massive balcony overlooking the courtyard, comfort awaits. The living room, adorned with Ganjifa art and Channapatna toys, offers a glimpse into Mysore's culture. Enjoy open-air cinema by the fire in the private outdoor space. Surrounded by sugarcane fields and frequented by peacocks, our farm by the Kaveri river canal offers serenity. The space 1. Any of the decor and artwork are not to be touched 2. No smoking inside the house, room or bathrooms. Kindly use the balcony areas or step outside 3. No shoes and footwear in the house 4. Extra guests will be charged ₹1000 per person and pets at ₹800 5. Food is ₹950 per person for non veg and ₹850 for veg. It includes breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. All food prepared is home cooked in the village so it is to provide an authentic Mandya experience. Food will be provided only if informed at the time of booking. 6. We provide barbecue and bonfire for a cost of ₹500. The meat grill will be charged per kg basis and veg grill (pineapple/capsicum/mushroom/paneer) available on demand. 7. The house is in a village with power fluctuations. We have an inverter as well as a generator for power back up. However, during that time some appliances may not work such as the AC or refrigerator. However the rooms are cool during the nights. Kindly bear in mind the same. 8. Please note we have a 4 BHK and it can accommodate 8 guests on our queen size cots. Additional guests will be provided with mattresses on the floor upto 8 persons 9. We have a delightful resident indie dog and her adorable puppies who are the ultimate greeters and love making friends with guests. While they’re super friendly, they also take their role as property security very seriously—so they’re not allowed inside the house. However, they have developed a unique fondness for shoes and may treat them as chew toys. To avoid turning your footwear into their next snack, we kindly ask you to leave your shoes on the stand or inside the door. It’s a win-win: you protect your shoes, and they protect the property! Guest access Common kitchen, garden area, terrace, courtyard area can be accessed by the guests. We also help guests with decorations for their special occasions such as birthdays, anniversary etc Other things to note We don't have a garbage disposal system in our village, so we kindly request that you avoid using plastic during your stay. If you do use any glass or plastic bottles, please take them with you when you leave. Proper waste disposal is crucial for our community, and any help in managing waste responsibly would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or need assistance with waste disposal, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep our village clean and beautiful.
