The main bedroom has a King extra length bed. There is a study nook upstairs outside the main bedroom as well as another study nook outside the 2 other bedrooms with a large bookcase. The house is very well suited for a family with children. Downstairs is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area where and all doors can open up to gardens on either side. On the one side is the courtyard which is well protected from the wind. There is a seating area and a fire pit area in this space. On the other side is our front garden and patio with open braai and pizza oven for afternoon braais and outdoor dining while enjoying the sunset in the outdoor patio lounge or bar table and chairs. There is an outdoor fridge in this area too. There is a yard for washing and a scullery leading off the kitchen with hot and cold water taps, hose pipes and a "shell" for kids to play/swim. There is also a large play room with ample toys, kiddies kitchen, bookcase, TV and L-shaped couch and a full guest bathroom downstairs. The house is powered fully by solar and a backup battery so you will never be affected by any power outages or load shedding. This is an enormous benefit!
