Welcome to our charming vacation home in Schwarbe, a tranquil district of Altenkirchen on the beautiful island of Rügen! Schwarbe is an ideal starting point to discover the untouched nature, wide fields and picturesque Baltic Sea coast. The natural beaches and cliffs of the Baltic Sea are minutes away (about 1-2 km). Our vacation home with garden, sauna and hot tub is also the perfect retreat for quiet vacation days. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Ground floor – Wellness & Living: Enjoy a bath in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. The ground floor also offers a modern bathroom (floor-to-ceiling glass shower, toilet, sink). Right next to it you will find an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.). Make yourself comfortable on the sofa by the fireplace and enjoy the view of the terrace and garden. A flat-screen TV is also available. Terrace & garden: Enjoy undisturbed moments while relaxing, sunbathing or barbecuing with a view of the countryside. Upstairs – bedroom & bathroom: Upstairs are two bright bedrooms, both equipped with TV. The main bedroom has a double bed. In the children's room you will find a double and a single bed. The second modern bathroom offers a double sink, a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, toilet and a washing machine. Both bathrooms have daylight. Guest access Free parking for a car directly on the property - right next to the front door. Access to the vacation home is flexible and easy via a key box with code. The individual code will be communicated to you before arrival. Arrival from 4 pm & departure by 9 am. Other things to note Please note: Bedding and towels are not included in the price and must be brought along. However, if you wish, we can arrange a service provider who will provide you with a linen package for a fee (contact details will be displayed in the system after booking). In any case, for hygienic reasons, it is absolutely necessary to use the mattress covers provided! Please note: Since July 1, 2025, the municipality of Altenkirchen (Rügen) has been levying a spa tax. This must be paid separately by the guests. For further information, please visit the homepage of the municipality of Altenkirchen. The property only accepts the number of people stated on the booking confirmation. Extra guests not confirmed for the booking will not be accepted. Parties, bachelor/ette parties or similar celebrations are prohibited. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. We expect our guests to follow the above guidelines and leave the property as they found it. We provide Internet access, but availability or quality depends on local conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
