Other things to note ✔ This home is a hidden gem tucked away — accessible through a well-lit alley, like many homes in East Austin’s vibrant Holly neighborhood. It’s situated behind an old adobe-style home, while helping keep pricing accessible for such a prime location. ✔ The property is fully fenced for added privacy and security, and the outdoor areas are well lit for comfort and peace of mind. ✔ The first bedroom is a converted addition with a window A/C unit and heater. It’s fully furnished with a TV and comfy king bed, but not tied into the central HVAC system. ✔ The full bath is accessed through the second bedroom. ✔ You may hear light neighborhood sounds or music from the Tiny Minotaur Tavern nearby — part of the charm of being in one of Austin’s most creative districts. White noise machines are provided for your comfort. ✔ We have monthly professional pest control. Palmetto bugs are native to Texas — seeing one doesn’t mean the home is dirty or infested (we know, it’s Texas!). Bug spray is under the kitchen sink if needed. ✔ Early check-ins, late checkouts, or luggage drops aren’t available due to cleaning schedules.
