Spacious Guest Suite with Private Entrance

Just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville and the airport, our cozy Southwest-meets-Nashville guest suite is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy a 65” TV, fast Wi-Fi, private entrance, peaceful outdoor area, and a spacious jacuzzi tub. The kitchenette includes a Keurig, microwave, filtered water, and a vintage-style fridge. You’ll have off-street parking, easy rideshare access, and be close to fantastic local and international restaurants. The space You’ll enter the guest suite through your own private back entrance, stepping through a peaceful patio area. Inside, the open-concept living space features a comfy oversized sectional, a TV, and a DVD player—perfect for relaxing. The cozy dining nook and vintage-style kitchenette are stocked with a small fridge/freezer, hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig, electric kettle, and microwave. The full bathroom includes a shower/jacuzzi tub combo, a separate water closet, and plenty of storage in the linen closet. One bedroom features a queen bed, a small window for natural light, a hanging rack, and a mid-century-inspired dresser. The second bedroom is larger, also with a queen bed, and opens to the backyard with beautiful atrium doors. It gets great natural light (or can be fully dark with blackout curtains), and includes a full dresser and a vanity that’s perfect for getting ready or doing a little desk work. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy the patio, and entire guest suite. Locked doors to our storage room and stairway will have signage. We will provide a code for you to enter and exit the guest suite, but ask that when you leave you do not lock the bottom door handle or we will need to enter the space from upstairs to let you back in. Other things to note We're a family with a young kid and a friendly dog, so you might occasionally hear some life happening in the house. If you need total silence, this probably isn't the right fit, but we do our best to keep it peaceful. Quiet hours are 8pm to 7am, and we provide a white noise machine and earplugs if that helps.
