Our house is simple, but it serves you who come to Lages to work and are looking for a place, or you who are going to graduate and are looking for a space to host your family. In front of the house is a playground that your child will love. We have rooms with heaters and fans. 1 smart TV in the living room. Fully walled patio, where you can bring your pet. It will be a pleasure to welcome you The space Our house is cozy and safe. The kitchen is very large and furnished (with all the utensils, dishes, plates, cutlery etc...) you can prepare your food. We have 2 bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, we have a sofa bed and a trundle bed, and a home office space with Wi-Fi. The patio is large and completely walled, with a garage, two parking spaces and an electronic gate. The neighborhood is very humble, but we've never had any security-related issues. Guest access The house is alone on the lot. The entrance is through passwords at the electronic gate. There is a park in front of the house with a privileged view. Other things to note THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. It is located in the SÃO PEDRO neighborhood, next to the Beatriz neighborhood. This accommodation is intended for people who come to Lages for work. *We DO NOT provide sugar, coffee, salt or spices. We have heaters and fans. We do not provide CLEANING MATERIALS. It is located 2 KM FROM DOWNTOWN. Close to Fort Wholesaler, near gas station, pharmacy and bakery. WE WORK WITH COST BENEFIT. The HOUSE is simple but very cozy and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The house is made of wood with a masonry floor. If you are looking for LUXURY, this house is NOT for you!It is super safe, spacious, equipped and very clean, and has everything you need for a quiet stay.
