There are 2 dining areas, one inside the house and one in a screened lanai. There is a grill close to the kitchen. Plenty of comfortable seating areas for you to enjoy both upstairs and downstairs, inside and out! 4 kayaks (+life jackets) are included for you to enjoy! There is a small ladder in the backyard so you can easily launch them there! Pet-Friendly- we love your fur babies! Please, no smoking inside the home! Bedroom 1: King bed, futon. This is the master retreat featuring an oversized master closet, beautiful gulf views and a private bathroom. (sleeps 3) Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: Queen bed, bunk bed (sleeps 4) Englewood beach is only 10 minutes away and we have beach chairs & beach towels available for you! There are several restaurant choices right at the beach, from fine dining to an easy feet-in-the-sand lunch! Bringing a BOAT? Dock can fit a vessel up to 50 ft. Trailer parking is available right at the house. The public boat launch is 5 minutes away. We now have access to a private boat launch on our street! Once booked, let us know you're bringing a boat! Take your boat to dinner to any of the several great restaurants with boat docks within 10 minutes of the house! The perfect day at the sandbar is only a few minutes away, as is the Stump Pass inlet for all your deep sea fishing and open ocean cruising! If bringing small children, do so at your own risk. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The maximum amount of people allowed at this house at ANY given time is 9. For safety and security of our guests, each guest who enters the home at anytime during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation, and cannot exceed 9 people total. Please, make sure to list the correct number of guests on your reservation. Undisclosed guests that are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund. If there are over 9 guests in your party (including children), you will be asked to leave the property immediately- please do not put yourself and us in this position. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than 9 people at this home- please be respectful and follow this rule.
