Welcome to this small apartment in a house, in a quiet residential area, offering a cocooning sleeping area upstairs. Ideal apartment for a couple, a family with 2 children, or possible for 4 friends (see sleeping info). We are located in the Grand Annecy, in the municipality of Meythet, just 20 minutes by bus from Annecy Centre, 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike. The space This small apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (see sleeping info). On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette (oven and microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, Tassimo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining table for 4 people, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and wall-mounted toilet. Upstairs, a large attic bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, a 2-person mattress on the floor, as well as 2 armchairs to relax. The room is equipped with split-type reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) for your comfort. Other things to note The beds will be made upon your arrival, and we provide you with bath towels for your comfort. We will be happy to advise you on the must-see places in and around Annecy. Feel free to ask us for recommendations! We live in the house with our two young children, aged 5 and 6. Upon prior request, a reinforced socket (3.7 kW) is available for charging electric vehicles. Please let us know in advance so we can free up the parking space. Recharging is preferably done at night and billing applies from €0.40/kWh, according to the Tempo EDF calendar.
