This high-end, totally refurbished 2 bedroom townhouse will make you feel at home right away. Its breath-taking views from front and rear and fantastic location is the ideal place to enjoy a family holiday within walking distance to Manilva Pueblo, Sabinillas and La Duquesa and within striking distance of the jewel in the Costa Del Sol that is Estepona. Furnished with all mod cons including full UK TV with Sky and TNT Sports, you will soon be ready to enjoy all the area can offer. The space The property has a fully equipped kitchen along with a dining room, spacious living room area and WC on the ground floor with access to the fantastic 25 metre squared terrace to the rear of the property that enjoys amazing views over the local area including golf and sea views (including sunrises). The area can be fully covered by a sun awning and can be illuminated in the evening. It is equipped with a 6 seater dining set, Gas BBQ and comfy seating. This area attracts the sun from sunrise until late afternoon, when you can move to the front of the property or the master bedroom balcony and enjoy the sun until sunset with amazing views over the local vineyards and hills. Upstairs can be found 2 x comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has its own terrace equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sun until sunset. It also has an ensuite bathroom equipped with bath and powerful shower as well as sink and toilet facilities, Bedrooms 2 enjoys amazing sea views and boasts 2 x single beds. Both bedrooms are served by a separate AC unit to downstairs and have built in wardrobes and lots of hangar space. The master bathroom has a large, powerful, walk in rainfall shower as well as toilet, and sink facilities. The front terrace enjoys sun well into the evening and can be furnished with a foldaway patio set that is normally stored under the stairs cupboard, where a shoe rack and coat hangers can be found. The Urbanisation of 19 properties share a pool that is open from 1 April to 30 Sep each year subject to any locally imposed water restrictions. Approximate size of pool is 10 metres x 5 and it is a freshwater type pool. We provide sun loungers for you to use by the poolside , so all you need to provide is a beach towel and you are good to go. Loungers are not permitted to be left at the poolside, but it is a short 1 minute walk back to the property. As the Urbanisation is predominantly made up of full time local residents, the pool is generally very quiet as there is only 1 other property permitted to accept paying guests. If you are looking to bring over more guests than we can accommodate, we can provide you with the booking reference for that 3 bed property on the urbanisation. The place is ideally situated for golfers and beach lovers alike, with several golf courses within a few kms of the property and the beach is just a 25 minute walk down the hill. Great places to visit by car are Casares, San Roque, Sotogrande, Seville and Ronda to name but a few. There is a brilliant, 18 hole mini golf course nearby (Roman Oasis) that has a fantastic vibe and serves meals and drinks to accompany your round of golf. Their Friday evening BBQs and music nights are a must for your visit. Nearby are the famous Roman Baths where Julius Caesar took the waters in days gone past, and the remnants of these baths are still visible to this day. For those brave enough, you can even dip yourself in the refreshing mineral waters! All in all, there is something for everyone at this property and whether you are relaxing in and around the house or out in one of the towns or attractions, you are sure to enjoy your stay in this fantastic region. The property is covered by exterior security cameras front and rear but these will be deactivated upon arrival and the rear camera field of view can be blanked off by pulling the sun canopy across very slightly to provide you with total privacy. Plasters are also provided to obscure the lens and the cameras do not record audio or video whilst guests are in residence. We pride ourselves on the level of quality and furnishings provided at this property and we are sure you will find the place to your liking, whether you are an adventurous traveller or a beach worshipper. You are simply spoilt for choice with all of the local bars, restaurants and facilities, yet the house lies in a tranquil, traditionally Spanish area where a short 5 minute walk to the local Pueblo will have you sampling the local culture at very reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed, but we do strongly advise having a car available for the duration of your stay as there is so much to see and do. Free parking is available on the street, but at peak times, this can sometimes be limited, but is never more than a 2 minute walk away in worst case scenario. Guest access Guests are free to use all parts of the property including the communal freshwater pool accessed via a private gate to the side of the property. Guests are free to use any ingredients left in the cupboard as well as drinks from the cabinet. All that we ask, is for you to replace any wine, spirits or beer if you use the last of the stocks. We can usually provide basic shopping ingredients for your arrival upon request if required. Please just message the host with plenty of notice. Access to the property will either be via a keybox on the outside or via an electronic lock. All keys required for your stay after initial entrance will be found inside the property. Contact host for keycode as this is changed between stays. Other things to note Currently, there is no designated parking at the property. There are normally spaces available on street less than a minute's walk away, but occasionally, you may need to park 3 or 4 minute's walk away. Property is fully gated and shares a communal pool with 18 other properties on the urbanisation. Whilst it is a pretty level walk to Manilva Pueblo (5 mins), the walk to Sabinillas (25 mins) and Duquesa (35 mins) are down a steep hill. A taxi back from these locations is approx 9 Euros. Whilst not essential, it is recommended that you have a car available for your trip to maximise the options available to you. Advice on car hire can be sought from the host but we strongly recommend Allincarhire and Marbesol.
