Keeping it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located Farm house chic place. 1 room with a full-size bed, mini dresser, a plant 🪴 for air purification, shared bathroom, microwave and mini fridge. No kitchen access/use and no TV. Simply a peaceful place to sleep for the night. Free Parking on site. We are currently doing some light remodeling (painting, flooring, redecorating) but nothing that interferes with the functions of the room/visit. The space There's one bedroom with a full size bed. the room is equipped with a microwave & mini fridge. There's a small dresser & closet. You have access to a shared bathroom with a shower, sink & toilet. The room comes equipped with a 900 watt microwave & mini fridge. Please do not leave food trash in the room. Also, please remember to clean up after yourself. This booking does not provide access to the TV rooms, Office, kitchen or dining room area. During your stay Can do contactless check in or I can hand deliver the key yo you. If I am available when you arrive, I will say hello and hand you the key. Many people stop by the house throughout the week including Lawn Care, the cleaning person, my family, & a few friends so you might see some strangers as well. Other things to note To access the room, you will need to pass through the house and you will need to climb a flight of stairs, a total of 16 stairs with one landing. I have a very small dog. He will most likely be around during your stay. Sometimes he will bark but he is small and harmless. He will be gated into another area of the house so they do not affect the guests' leaving and arriving. Parking: There's plenty of free off street private parking. You may park anywhere in front of the white garage. Check in: I can meet guests and give a small tour before handing over the keys to the castle if aim available. I will be around the property and in and out if the house at times, but I will not bother you unless you'd like to talk. You might also see or hear me in the garage often. We are not responsible for items left behind. We can do our best to return any lost items to you at a cost, but there are no guarantees. You will receive our notice regarding lost items at checkout.
