Adjacent to my house, kitchenette, living room that turns into a bedroom area. Bathroom, toilet, complete the installation for autonomy. The bay window as an entrance has a key lock and the roller shutter also has one on the outside. The bay and your terrace are in full sun in summer. Welcome 🙏 The space 1 Zen and warm living room, sofa convertible into a bed with rolling coffee table that also makes a bedside table in berth mode. Functional and practical kitchen to prepare a good meal and even an aperitif😉✌️. Bathroom separate from toilet. The TV with its steering arm to watch it from the kitchen or living room/bed. Wall-mounted USB phone charging socket next to the sofa bed. Welcome to the zen-attitude studio 🙏✌️😉 Guest access An alley to go around my property in order to easily access with suitcases and without being in the slush when it's raining, passing through the terrace of the studio and its entrance through the bay window. A shoe cabinet is available at the entrance to make you feel at home. Other things to note The studio was done from A to Z by me, respect for this property, business, cleanliness seems obvious to me. Cohabitation with others, respect for noise, the neighborhood will be present, cordially Antoine ✌️🙏😉 the spa is available on request at €10 per session, lasting a maximum of 1 hour. accessible not after 10 p.m. on weekdays because it is in an expert room adjoining my house and not connected to the studio 🙏
