Entry is up a small flight of outside stairs leading to a covered porch which opens into a spacious open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. Leading off from the living area are the two double bedrooms, both with large ensuite bathrooms. The entire accommodation is on one level and enjoys stunning views over the woodland and Devon countryside. The perfect location to discover Devon & Cornwall. The space Gatherly View is a beautifully presented 5* property, with 2 ensuite bedrooms and high spec kitchen overlooking the beautiful woodland of Wooladon Estate. Guest access Entry is up a small flight of outside stairs leading to a covered porch. There is a shared outside space with outside furniture and bbq. Other things to note Your stay will include a welcome hamper on arrival and a 10% discount voucher to our sister company, Strawberry Fields Farm Shop, an award-winning farm shop and restaurant. The ideal place for a hearty breakfast before exploring all that Devon and Cornwall has to offer. The local village is home to a couple of lovely country pubs as well as a fine dining restaurant. The cottage is located on a 500-acre estate which has dog walking trails as well as a stunning carp fishing lake, free to use for staying guests. We do accept dogs into Gatherley View, we do ask that no pet is left unattended in the property, and must refrain from being on the furniture.
