Bedroom's are private for guests with attached bathrooms The space EXTRA MATTRESS: Extra mattress can be availed on request for the additional person which is chargeable PARKING: Free shared parking available on the ground floor of the apartment. LIFT: There are 3 floors in this apartment and LIFT is available TRANSPORT: Bus stop is around 10 min by walk. Taxi/Auto by OLA & UBER are available. Note: Pickup & Drop from Airport/Railway Station/Bus Station is provided by our vendor on request and is chargeable FOOD: Good restaurants are also available on the main road. Zomato & Swiggy available to order food online. POWER BACKUP: Available for short power cuts (4-6 hrs). Heavy electrical items will not function during power cuts and our locality is likely to have minimal power cuts. DRINKING WATER: Water Filter ( RO Filter) available in the Kitchen SMOKING & ALCOHOL: Smoking inside the flat is strictly prohibited. Smoking allowed only in car parking or terrace. Alcohol consumption is permitted only within the room (NOT in the COMMON AREA). But, guests need to maintain the room and should not cause concerns to the neighborhood or other guests. Guests should inform the host before conducting a party. LAUNDRY: Washing machine is available QUITE HOURS: Between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM TERRACE: Accessible for guests to dry clothes. Our house is located in the southern part of the Chennai city. It is nearly 6 -7 KM away from the airport and a very safe place to stay. It is near to MIOT and SRI RAMACHANDRA hospitals. Shopping malls and Restaurants are available at a distance of 1-3 KM. Marina beach would be 20 KM away. DLF IT Park and Chennai Trade Center are at a distance of 3-5 KM. Places like T-Nagar, Guindy, other Shopping Malls are accessible within 1-12 KM's. Nearest Metro station is at Alandur. Parking available in the property During your stay Even though we are an active and busy professional working family, we always endeavor to be of assistance to you when we are available (or required).
