Garden Paradise in Cannigione

Welcome to our little paradise, surrounded by sea, land and history. The apartment (an entire three-room apartment) is located inside the Portolaconia Residence (Villaggio Tanca Manna), a structure consisting of 106 houses in terraced blocks, all with a private entrance. Our apartment is located on the ground floor, in the front row of the other facilities of the Residence. The space The apartment includes a patio with garden, equipped for your breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors. Inside you will find first of all a living room equipped with kitchenette (consisting of 4 gas burners, sink and 240lt. fridge and equipped with dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery), table, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, fixed telephone and a double sofa bed. From the living room you can access a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, mirror and a small window. The two bedrooms are divided from the living area by three steps. You will have a room with 2 beds (bunk), closet and bedside table, and another room with a double bed, two bedside tables and a closet. Both rooms are equipped with windows. In our apartment you will also have free mid-week cleaning and final cleaning of the apartment (excluding kitchenette). Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen are provided by the structure; there is also a midweek change of bath and kitchen linen.
