Welcome to our charming house, ideal for holidays with family or friends. With its comfortable rooms and proximity to Rennes, it is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Get to Paris in 1 hour 25 minutes by TGV. Enjoy all the amenities and the company of our adorable cat during your stay. The space The ground floor has a large living area including a welcoming entrance, a friendly dining room, and a living room. The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with your family, and we provide everything you need, just like at home. You will also find a bathroom, toilet, as well as a spacious master bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm and a baby room that can be furnished with extra beds suitable for adults or children. Upstairs, a landing serves three additional bedrooms, including one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and two children's bedrooms (90 x 100). Bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete this floor. Among the amenities at your disposal, you will enjoy games for young and old, bicycles to explore the surroundings, as well as the canoe kayak for refreshing rides on the nearby water. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace, while in summer, the Weber barbecue on the terrace will invite you to alfresco dining. The 500 m2 garden surrounds the house, offering a large terrace facing south and west. Outdoor furniture, including sun loungers and relaxing chairs, will allow you to fully enjoy the green surroundings. Guest access For short-term rentals (less than 7 days), the cupboards, as well as a small part of the fridge, may be reserved for our personal belongings. Other things to note We provide bath towels, sheets, tea towels, and much more to make your stay pleasant. Please take care of our adorable cat, Pirouette, by giving him his kibble. He sleeps inside during the day when we are there, and goes out in the basement or outside at night and in our absence. A cat flap in the cellar allows him to move freely.
