This fully renovated cottage is located on a 2 ha plot in the middle of the woods. The promise of a quiet stay in the heart of nature. 🍃 🙂 Great for vacations for families or groups of friends. The space 🏡 The cottage consists of an entrance overlooking the living room, 60 m2 dining room with direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a quiet environment, an unobstructed view of the forest and have the pleasure of enjoying the benefits of nature. 🍃☀️🌳 🥂 The 35 m2 kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, Senséo, toaster, kettle) will allow you to prepare and share good meals with friends or family. ❗ There are no shutters on the arched kitchen door 🛏 4 bedrooms (including 2 with shower room🚿) with 160 x 200 beds and new mattresses will allow you to rest. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with adjoining shower room + 1 separate toilet Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower room + large bathroom with shower and double sink + 1 separate toilet ❗ the staircase that leads to the upper floor is not safe for toddlers. 🧺 A washing machine is available in the cellar. 👶 For babies, you will find on site: - 1 travel crib - 1 high chair - 1 clawfoot bathtub with bouncer seat - 1 changing table - 1 90 x 200 bed 💻 If you need a connection, fiber is installed at the cottage The exteriors: 🌳 The vacation rental is located at a height, surrounded by woods. ⚽️ Possibility to play pétanque on the pathway. A trampoline, soccer goals and badminton are at your disposal. A barn is attached to the house. It won't be accessible during the rental. 🙏 We ask that you respect this place. Non-smoking 🚭 house, an ashtray is available on the terrace. ❌ Even though we love animals, they are not allowed. The land is not fenced. ⚠️ If more people than expected, breach of rental agreement (Airbnb GTC). 🤝 We will be present on the day of your arrival to hand you the keys as well as on the day of your departure. 😃 Looking forward to meeting you. Guest access 📍 The exact address is given a few days before your arrival. The keys will be delivered by hand at 5 p.m. ⏰ Checkout no later than 10 a.m. For weekday reservations, guest check-in and check-out times will need to be adjusted. During the summer (July/August), check-in and checkout are only on Saturdays or Sundays. The side canal to the Garonne is accessible 4 km from the cottage. 🥗 Enjoy the quality of our local products: a tasty blend of colors and flavors. 🍅 🍓 Tomato, strawberry, kiwi, prune, hazelnut… all vegetables, meats and not forgetting the wine. There's something for everyone. Meet local producers directly at the farm or in the markets. 🎉🍻 And to share this love of "eating well", in summer, visit the farmers' markets to spend a festive evening around large tables. 🚤 Sail on the Garonne or on the canal Rent a boat without a license and become a captain for a day!
