We are located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) area, in the city centre. The property offers a total of 6 rooms, each with access via codes provided after booking, allowing self check-in and check-out in complete freedom. Breakfast is included and served from 8:00 to 10:00. In respect of the environment, for stays longer than 7 nights, towels and sheets are changed on the fourth day, unless otherwise agreed. To complete the offer, a selection of artisanal yogurts from Trentino, chosen for their authentic and natural taste. Guest access The common areas of the Madiba Residence include two lounges, one of which offers a panoramic view of Florence Cathedral. Guests can enjoy a breakfast room and a small terrace overlooking the Cathedral. The residence is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which can accommodate up to two people. Each room has a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. During your stay Massimiliano and Jessica will always be available for questions or concerns. It is important to communicate your estimated time of arrival and prepare your identification documents before check-in. After the first check-in, you will be given the card/key that you will use to open all the doors. Alternatively, you can log in with the codes we will provide you with after booking. Massimiliano and Jessica will remain available for any need during your stay. Other things to note This space is designed and designed in every detail to allow a pleasant stay for all our guests. We are located in the heart of the city, in the center, allowing you to visit everything on foot and reach the central station in 10/15 minutes on foot or the airport in 15 minutes by car. We are happy to book taxis and restaurants for you, and to provide information about our tourist guides or food tours, which are run by trusted partners. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT - linen change: For stays longer than 7 nights, towels and sheets are changed on the fourth day, unless otherwise agreed. Extra changes on request are for a fee: 15 euros for towels, 20 euros for bed linen. Room tidying every other day (never on Sundays) on request between 10:00 and 11:00, by placing the 'Make up the room' card outside the door. Breakfast is always included, served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on the upper floor (12 steps up the stairs). Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 10am. We are located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) area in the heart of Florence. If you are travelling by car, you may only enter the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) if you then park in one of the many car parks, which will record your number plate. All car park charges are the same. One alternative is to park at Villa Costanza (a low-cost motorway car park) and then come to us by tram. Have a great stay!
