Villa Calabria is self contained accommodation sitting alongside our home on our 1/2 acre property. Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of pineapple farms & the Glass House Mountains. Security camera are in place 1) the carport (guest parking) 2) private residence front stairs 3) private residence rear deck 4) back yard. Use of pool subject to availability. NO cameras in the guest accommodation. Booker must be a staying guest. The space The two bedrooms are fitted out with queen and double beds with quality bed linen so you feel comfy. The lounge is comfortable to stretch out on after a day of activities. The smart TV has Netflix and internet connectivity. The kitchen has a full size fridge for those who plan a longer stay. The induction cooktop is great for fast cooking. Being a B&B we provide breakfast items including cereals, milk, bacon, eggs, bread and pastries along with jams, spreads. Snacks including nut bars, fruit, chips etc. There’s enough for a short 1 or 2 night stay. The bathroom is a good size with shower over the bath. NOTE: shower is other the bath. If you are unable to climb into/out of the bath this accommodation is not suitable for you. Enjoy the small patio area with seating where you can enjoy a cuppa and relax. Use of the pool is subject to availability. ie: not available after chemicals have been added or during cleaning. Guest access Keyless entry. We will show you how to use it at check-in. Other things to note We live on site and are available 24/7 in emergency situations.
