The space At 1,200 square feet, this is one of the more spacious apartment stays in the area. Three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably. Add the queen air mattress, and you're at 8... with real closet space, dressers, and enough room to actually unpack. The layout flows the way a family home should — kitchen, dining, and living area all connecting naturally. Everything here was chosen for use, not just photographed. WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU You'll arrive to bottled water, snacks, oatmeal, coffee, tea, and everything you need to make a real breakfast. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials — oil, salt, pepper, some spices, pots, pans, and utensils — so a full meal is possible from night one. The bathroom comes with fresh towels, washcloths, and toiletries. There's also contact solution and a case, because packing in a hurry happens. Throughout the apartment, you'll find framed QR codes for WiFi, the house manual, and a local guide I put together myself — grocery stores, the best diner, a great pub, fine dining, parks, and more. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets provided for all sleeping spaces. KITCHEN & DINING Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Cooking essentials included. Small dining table and chairs. PRACTICAL NOTES Free on-street parking directly in front of the house — plenty of room, no permits needed. Laundromat less than a mile away. Reliable, fast WiFi throughout. I-81, I-88, and I-86 all within minutes — easy in, easy out. PET POLICY Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice and an additional fee. Please keep them off the furniture when possible and clean up after them outdoors. A NOTE ON THE HOUSE This is an older home with character — you might hear a little life from downstairs. Dinner being made, a record playing, maybe my youngest running around. A few things worth knowing: The back door opens to a shared entry — stairs straight up lead to your apartment. My unit and the basement are also accessible from this entry, but your apartment upstairs is entirely self-contained. The back deck, patio, and yard are shared — you're welcome to enjoy them anytime. You'll also share the back entry with us, as it's how we come and go, too. My youngest loves being outside, our dog gets let out throughout the day, and you'll likely spot Kitty too — a rescued stray who loves to lounge out back and greet whoever comes through. She's very sweet and usually social if she's called. Feel free to say hello if you're a cat person; if not, she'll definitely leave you alone. Inside the apartment, three doors are locked — a storage closet, a utility closet, and the attic. Those are not part of your space.
