It’s a 20-square-meter apartment, perfectly laid out. It features a dreamy double bed, an Italian-style sofa bed for one additional guest, a dining area, a Smart TV, and a small breakfast/work table by the window. Stylish, fully equipped, and very comfortable bathroom. The apartment has an 80-liter electric water heater, which—when used efficiently—provides enough hot water for up to 3 showers. Additional points to keep in mind: The building is old and there are steps to access the elevator, but the apartment itself is like new. The elevator is very small, fitting a maximum of 2 people. (THE ELEVATOR IS CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE.) As of May 15, 2023, the building’s community has begun improvement and renovation work on the common areas and the exterior façade.
