Charming studio near Breda

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guesthouse is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away, and in 20 minutes you will be in the center of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately. The space A detached cozy guesthouse suitable for one or two people. The accommodation is completely private and consists of a sitting/bedroom with a simple kitchenette (equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. At the front of the studio is a small terrace, and you have a spacious private garden at the rear. Wi-Fi is available as well as a TV with chromecast. Music can also be listened to via a Bluetooth speaker. For both hikers and cyclists, this is an ideal base, but you can also reach Rotterdam or Antwerp within 45 minutes by car and train if you want to visit Rotterdam or Antwerp. The hospitable Breda can be found less than 20 km away. The beautiful beaches of Zeeland can be reached within an hour by car. Within 2 min! you are at Bosbad hooves with water park Splesj. There is an indoor skydive in Roosendaal (15km) and in Rucphen (6km) you can ski and snowboard on the indoor ski track of Snowworld Rucphen. Amusement park De Efteling in Kaatsheuvel is also definitely worth a visit (40 min.) The car can be parked for free on the driveway of the house and also the bikes can be safely parked. Candles and tea lights must not be used. The studio has candles and tea lights on battery. No smoking allowed inside. We assume that the studio as well as the area will be treated respectfully. Around midnight please silence in the garden and studio. For long-term stays, an electric hob (suitable for 2 pans) is provided and the bedding is changed every 2 weeks. The studio is cleaned weekly. For a fee, your clothes can be washed. No soft or hard drugs may be used, not even in the garden.
