Our house is a quiet “bubble”, with a large garden where for any noise you will hear the birds accompanying your lunches or naps in the hammock. This tastefully renovated Charentaise is spacious with 10 adult beds + 1 baby bed, distributed in 5 bedrooms (including one in a separate annex), 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen. Swimming in Charentes (15 min) or at the sea (between 30/60 min), La Rochelle, Royan, Iles de Ré or Oléron. The space The house has a large entrance, a large living/dining room with fireplace, a large table for comfortable meals for up to 12 people, a spacious, long kitchen, opening onto the rear terrace where all meals are taken in good weather and perfectly equipped, allows you to indulge in the joys of gastronomy. A bedroom with double bed (140) with bathroom and toilet is located in the lower part of the house. The 3 other bedrooms and the second bathroom and powder room are upstairs and are distributed as follows: A large bedroom with a double bed (160), a bedroom with two single beds and finally a family room with a double bed (140) and a baby bed. The 5 bedroom is an independent studio with a convertible bench for two adults(140). A large garden allows you to relax in the deckchairs or the double hammock which are available.
