Cozy cottage on Lake Erie w/ private beach access!

Lake Erie private beach access in Conneaut Ohio! Come and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at Beach Glass Bungalow! This cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. It is located within the Harrington Point Park community with private beach access to Lake Erie. The cottage was built in 1949 and possesses a lot of charm. Relax with the whole family at this cozy place to stay. The space As you walk in the front door, you enter the three-season sunroom. The sunroom has a bistro table and nautical themed chairs to relax on. Open the windows and enjoy the breeze! Through the sliding glass doors from the sunroom, you enter the living room. The living room is carpeted and has a reclining sofa, chaise lounge, chairs, and a flat screen TV located above the original fireplace made of lake stones. From the living room you can access the three carpeted bedrooms that include one queen, one full, and twin bunk beds. In the bunk room closet there are beach towels for your use. The bathroom is also accessed off the living room and has new solid surface flooring and a brand-new toilet and sink. The cottage has a very spacious fully equipped eat in kitchen with seating for four. From the kitchen there are two steps down to the hallway and to the back door. The hallway leads to the basement and the back door. The back door leads you to a completely covered concrete patio with outdoor seating for four. There are roll down shades to ease the afternoon sunshine. It’s a great place to have your morning coffee or a glass of local wine. There is also a picnic table in the yard for outdoor dining during summer months. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for the detached garage. There is a basement with a washer and dryer for your use. Please shake sand out of garments and towels before washing. Do not put anything in the utility sink. Please be advised that the basement steps are quite narrow. You must watch your step. If you choose to use the basement, we are not responsible for any injuries. Other things to note If you will be partaking in the amazing fishing opportunities on Lake Erie or Conneaut Creek, please note that there will be NO fish cleaning allowed on the premise. If you will be bringing a boat, please contact me prior to your arrival so I may provide specific parking instructions. We respect the privacy of our neighbors; therefore, we do not allow parties or events of any kind. There is no smoking in the house or on the premises. No noise after 10 pm. We ask that you respect the property boundaries of our neighbors. This cottage is considered more for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing visit. Beach Glass Bungalow’s policies will be strictly enforced, and you may be asked to leave if rules aren't being followed.
