Horisontti B is a beautiful and high-quality semi-detached cottage in the area of Himos Golf Resort, completed in the summer of 2019. The large windows and terrace of the semi-detached cottage have a direct view of the magnificent golf greens. Although the cottage is located in its own peace, it is only a kilometer away from the Himos Arena (1.2 km)! KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Downstairs there is space for lounging, watching TV and cooking. Downstairs there is a kitchen with good cooking utensils, a full set of dishes, a coffee maker, a microwave and appliances; stove, fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher. The cottage also has an extra fridge for drinks. There is a dining area for 8 people. SLEEPING AREAS: Horisontti B has a total of 12 beds. The downstairs bedroom has two bunk beds and the upstairs bedroom has one bunk bed and two separate beds. The upstairs alcove has a mattress for two people and in addition two extra beds can be made from the living room's sofa bed. OTHER FACILITIES: Downstairs you will find a bathroom with sauna, shower, toilet and washing machine. There's another toilet upstairs. COMBINE COTTAGE A AND B SIDE: A lockable intermediate door has been built into the partition wall of the Horisontti semi-detached cottage, which allows the A and B sides to be connected. So if you rent both sides of Horisont, you get one big cottage with 22 beds! A and B are owned by different people, but their rentals are managed by the same person (Noora), so you can inquire about the availability of both cottages at the same time. OTHER EQUIPMENT: Blankets and pillows for 12 people, cleaning equipment, car heating plug, carport, outdoor hot tub and large Weber gas grill (only available in summer and autumn). There are no linens or towels in the cottage, but you can book them at a price of 15€/person delivered to the cottage or 20€/person ready-made. OUTDOOR HOT TUB: Next to the terrace of the cottage there is an outdoor hot tub, which can be booked if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub during the festival is 230€/booking, at other times 170€/booking. At certain times, the outdoor hot tub is mandatory for the reservation (read the times and prices below). PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book a departure cleaning through us for €110 per half of the double cottage. At certain times, cleaning is mandatory for the reservation (read the times and prices below). The cottage is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and the handover is at 12 pm on the day of departure. During weeks 52-1 and 8-9, check-in is at 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Outside of the above times, earlier check-ins/later check-outs are possible, please ask about them separately. We rent villas on weekends for a minimum of 2 days, but on weekdays 1-day reservations are also possible. Of course, it is always worth asking for 1-day rentals for weekends - we will look at the situation accordingly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.
