One bed spacious clean airy flat w/free parking

The living space has a very comfortable corner sofa, dining table and spacious kitchen. There is Sky TV and WiFi. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate hosting guests who are like minded and will look after my home. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Very suitable for Royal Ascot (from Earley Station on the Waterloo line), Henley Royal Regatta (from Twyford station) and Reading Festival (both stations above). The space My home is fairly new and so are most items in the flat. If there is anything you want to know please feel free to ask me anything. Guest access You have a single allocated space, plus there is road parking & visitor spaces on a first come first served basis. The flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift. Other things to note The flat is on the 2nd floor, there is no lift so stairs only. Please can I ask that you water the plants if your stay is more than a couple of days, and turn on fans/open windows during and after cooking. There is a bus service that runs regularly into the centre of Reading from Mohawk Way, please ask I can show you a cut through from the flat to the road.
