Central house, few steps from the sea

Dear guests, you are welcome! The house is full of light and light colors. It is located in the center of Viareggio. In just five minutes walk you can be on the waterfront. Station reachable on foot in about twenty minutes to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For me it is a special place so I wish you to spend nice moments in relaxation and tranquility. The space The house consists of the entrance from which begins a the first flight of stairs to which you get to the first small bathroom. Continue with another flight of stairs to get to the first floor where there are the first bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with dining room. Large double bedroom. Very comfortable bathroom. Continue with the second flight of stairs to the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe. We are in the center and the windows are new windows that isolate the noise. In every room there is a split both for warm air in winter and as air conditioning in summer. Wi-fi. TV in every room. Coffee is available for our guests during their stay to have an espresso in the morning. Kitchenette equipped with induction plates and microwave. Large fridge. Equipped with everything. From dishes to linen and cooking utensils. Ironing board and iron. Hairdryer. My co-host Giulia lives in Viareggio so for any extra request you can write me in chat and we will try to satisfy her!
